Generating quality trade leads is what generates export business. Since not much is accomplished without them, it is imperative to develop a step-by-step process in evaluating, prioritizing and acting on the best quality leads. The best way to impress your potential customer is with clear, concise communication and to follows up in a timely and professional manner. Buyers often give up on leads when the supplier does not respond in a timely manner with accurate details.

Join us as we provide an overview of:

  • Where Did All These Leads Come From?
  • How to Respond to a Lead from the Online Product Catalog (OPC)
  • How To Audit Them (And Avoid Scams)
  • Prioritize: Put Your Effort Where It Matters
  • Before You Respond…Are You a Good Lead?
  • Smart Follow-Up: Patience, Professionalism and Precision
  • Q&A with Presenter
