The value-added food industry is sample driven. In many cases, samples need to be delivered globally. Delivering samples properly (on time and intact) can be a great way to impress your potential buyer and maintain a business relationship. Sounds easy right? Let’s find out why sometimes samples get returned or stuck in transit, and how they get through to the destination with ease. Our aim is to solve the question of “What am I doing wrong?” and comments like “This should be easier”

Topics include:

  • Just Ship It: Makes light of how important it can be to ship samples properly
  • You ship to Miami but not to Kuwait….
  • Dozens of reasons why it can be difficult
  • Where and how to check on Food Import Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports
  • Communications with potential customers
  • Send them like you are selling them
  • Proper preparation of proforma invoices and other documents

Don’t have time to sit down and attend the live webinar? All registrants will receive access to a recording of the event, be sure to register so you can access the recording.
