Gulfood is held in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). The UAE is the largest U.S. consumer food export market in the Middle East, and the 2nd largest U.S. export market for processed foods in the Middle East. Additionally, it is a strategic location connecting various regions in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa, and the Gulfood show attracts buyers from all of the surrounding regions as well as the world!

Requirements:

  • Only companies headquartered in the Midwest or Northeast USA will be allowed to exhibit in Food Export’s pavilion.
  • No confectionary products are to be displayed at Gulfood 2025, either physically or within any stand or venue signage, branding, brochures, or graphics.
  • Pulse & Grain companies will not be allowed to exhibit in the World Food Hall. If a company’s products are more than 50% of these sectors, they must exhibit in the USA Pavilion located in the Pulse & Grain Hall.

  • Invitations: Stand out before the show even starts – qualified buyers will receive invitations including your profile, contact info, product details and booth number.
  • Introductions: Our In-Market Representative will direct or bring buyers to your booth whenever possible.
  • Virtual Consultation with In-Market Representative prior to show: Get the opportunity to receive answers to pre-determined market-specific questions.
  • Welcome Package: Including market briefing
  • Local retail tour, if applicable
  • Lead Qualification: Our In-Market Representative will screen up to 3 buyers you met at the show and provide a report to help you determine if you want to pursue the lead*.
  • On-site show assistance by Food Export’s In-Market Representative
