The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) of the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, in collaboration with Food Export, is coordinating a U.S. Agricultural New Products Trade Showcase featuring primarily new-to-market food and beverages and What’s Hot American cuisine trends as theme. The showcase will be held at a city hotel in Tokyo on Wednesday September 18, 2024. Approximately 200 quality importers and buyers from the Tokyo area will be invited to the event in order to help U.S. companies find buyers and distributors.

* US suppliers are required to ship samples and marketing material to Japan in order to have them available at their booth.
*Participation is limited to suppliers who are not already exhibiting at the tradeshow where the showcase is taking place. Additionally, due to limited showcase capacity for each show and the intent to reach as many exporters as possible with this program, exporters are limited to participation in no more than four showcases per year.
New-to-market U.S. agricultural products including: Fresh, frozen, or processed items for sale to either the retail or food service sectors.
Exhibitors may display multiple products, but each item must contain at least 51% U.S. origin products by weight, not including water. Priority will be given to exhibitors showing products that are not yet available in Japan.
