International Buyers of U.S. Foods: Contact information we collect from you, such as your name, organization name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, is used to help verify your eligibility to participate in our programs. If you submit a request to locate products made in the U.S.A. through our Online Product Catalog, your information is shared with suppliers who may produce that product.
A significant portion of Food Export-Midwest’s and Food Export-Northeast’s funding is provided through the Market Access Program, which is administered by the USDA, Foreign Agricultural Service. Information gathered from our Website may be reported in aggregate to the USDA, Foreign Agricultural Service to help maintain funding for our programs and services. Company contact information may also be shared.
Midwest and Northeast State Agricultural Promotion Agencies are members of Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast respectively. Company contact information and aggregated evaluation results may be shared with State Agricultural Promotion Agencies.
We do not sell, rent or lease our participation lists to third parties. In order to help promote our services, we occasionally provide information to other companies that work on our behalf.
Otherwise, all information gathered is used solely for the purpose of providing programs to you and managing our services.
